Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Ivory Hospitality and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 162 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on guest bookings with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
