Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Birch Hospitality and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on guest bookings with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
