Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Cleveland, OH)

Redstone Haven Learning Group is an education provider in Cleveland serving students and families, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on enrolment with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
