Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Cleveland, OH)

Lumen Quill Hospitality is a hospitality company in Cleveland with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on group events with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
