Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Cleveland, OH)

Cedar Meridian Health is a healthcare provider in Cleveland with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on insurance authorisations with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
