Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Cincinnati, OH)

Summit Meridian Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Cincinnati, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on reviews and feedback with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
