Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Charleston, SC)

Bright Ridge Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Charleston, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on school calendars with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
