Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Buffalo, NY)

Nova Cobalt Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Buffalo area. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 267 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on learning materials with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
