Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Boise, ID)

Lumen Ridge Medical Group is a Boise company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on training materials with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
