Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Boise, ID)

Foxglove Lantern Medical Partners is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on training materials with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
