Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Lumen Ember Pharma and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on clinical studies with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
