Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Cedar Summit Early Learning Associates and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Support work on licensing records with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
