Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Austin, TX)

Ironwood Drift Health is a healthcare provider in Austin with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on clinic supplies with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
