Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Timber Learning Group and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Support work on enrolment with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
