Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Atlanta, GA)

Summit Bright Medical designs and makes medical devices in Atlanta. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on training materials with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
