Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Anchorage, AK)

Westbrook Union Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Anchorage. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on fare systems with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
