Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Anchorage, AK)

Harborlight Corner Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Anchorage area. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on school calendars with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • BLS/ACLS certification.
