Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Albuquerque, NM)

Westbrook Meridian Health is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 136 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on insurance authorisations with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
