Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Haven Pharma and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on release testing with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
