Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Wichita, KS)

Clearpath Lakeside Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Wichita area. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. We invest in training. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to billing accounts. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on billing accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
