Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Wichita, KS)

Bluepeak Ivory Inspection Services Partners is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to test reports. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
