Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Tucson, AZ)

Bluepeak Pine Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Tucson, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 156 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
