Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Corner Insurance and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to premium billing. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on premium billing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
