Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Nova Ridge Property Management Group and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to rent collection. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on rent collection. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
