Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Spokane, WA)

Greenridge Haven Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Spokane, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to attendance records. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
