Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Fox Property Management and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
