Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Spokane, WA)

Fernwood Ivory Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Spokane, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to insurance authorisations. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
