Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Spokane, WA)

Redstone Beacon Financial serves customers across Spokane with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan applications. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan applications. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
