Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Seattle, WA)

Bluepeak Oak Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Seattle focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to outage reports. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
