Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Seattle, WA)

Amberfield Sparrow Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Seattle, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 998 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service complaints. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on service complaints. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
