Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Seattle, WA)

Greenridge Cedar Hospitality is a hospitality company in Seattle with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to food costs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on food costs. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
