Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Seattle, WA)

Northwind Granite Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Seattle, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident services. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
