Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Seattle, WA)

Lumen Sable Financial Group serves customers across Seattle with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan applications. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan applications. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
