Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Seattle, WA)

Lumen Rowan Facilities looks after properties across the Seattle region, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to cleaning schedules. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
