Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Seattle, WA)

Harborlight Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service complaints. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on service complaints. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
