Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Savannah, GA)

Clearpath Pine Markets is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to online orders. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on online orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
