Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Savannah, GA)

Westbrook Amber Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Savannah. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to catastrophe response. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on catastrophe response. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
