Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Savannah, GA)

Cedar Bright Housing manages affordable housing communities across Savannah. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease compliance. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease compliance. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
