Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (San Diego, CA)

Stonegate Granite Community Partners is a San Diego charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 519 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client intake. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client intake. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
