Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Nova Drift Inspection Services and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to equipment calibration. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
