Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (San Antonio, TX)

Lumen Basin Health is a healthcare provider in San Antonio with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to referrals. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on referrals. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
