Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Salt Lake City, UT)

Greenridge River Property Management manages apartment communities around Salt Lake City, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance requests. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
