Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Sacramento, CA)

Westbrook Pike Financial is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 870 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer onboarding. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer onboarding.
