Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Rochester, NY)

Highbridge Keystone Environmental Services Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
