Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Rochester, NY)

Clearpath Rowan Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Rochester with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
