Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Rochester, NY)

Northwind Lakeside Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Rochester area. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. We invest in training. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tickets. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tickets. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
