Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Rochester, NY)

Redstone Clear Freight Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for loads and lanes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loads and lanes. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
