Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Rochester, NY)

Amberfield Timber Learning Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Families are partners. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
