Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Rochester, NY)

Clearpath Juniper Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 90 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client sites. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client sites. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
