Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Rochester, NY)

Rivermark Mill Legal Group is a Rochester practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to trust accounts. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on trust accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
